At Alabama Appliance Outlet, we are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making a purchase.

How to Start a Return

Defective Products

Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. Refer to your product literature or speak with one of our experts for specific warranty details.

  • If your product is defective upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your appliance.

  • If the issue is discovered after 48 hours, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Manufacturer contact details can be found in the product literature.

  • NOTE: Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the issue before authorizing any returns or replacements.


Damaged Products

All shipments are 100% insured. If your product is damaged during shipping:

  • It will be eligible for an exchange at no charge to you.

  • For local deliveries, our delivery team will handle your order directly. Please contact us to confirm if you're within our local delivery area.

  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If damage is found, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will schedule a replacement delivery as soon as possible.


Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

  • Contact us directly regarding any cancellations or returns.

  • Installed or used products are not returnable.

  • Products must be free of cosmetic damage and uninstalled to be eligible for return.

  • Non-compliant returns may be rejected or incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Special Orders

Special order items may be:

  • Subject to a 25% restocking fee, even if not yet delivered.

  • Non-returnable once delivered and removed from the box.


By completing a purchase with Alabama Appliance Outlet, the customer agrees to the return terms and conditions listed above and authorizes their credit card company to process transactions accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
